Following on from the incredibly generous double cd compilation from those kind folk over at Kranky, Norway's Rune Grammofon follow suit with an excellent, budget priced introduction to its formiddable catalogue. Running at over 70 minutes, the sampler features tracks from recent and current releases as well as bits from forthcoming 2005 albums. Artists featured are Deathprod, Arve Henriksen, Phonophani, Stronen/Storlokken, Scorch Trio, Food, Nils Okland, Alog, Shining and Archetti/Wiget. The cd comes in a slimcase cardboard sleeve with artwork by Kim Hiorthøy. 2004 has been an outrageously productive year for this label, with so many of you making your first steps into its mind-bending catalogue, this is another spectacular entry-point for beginers and admirers alike.

再来说一下第二曲Arve Henriksen Opening Image[Chiaroscuro]岂是如虚如幻这么简单。Arve Henriksen的作品也许我听得还不算多,但就我所听的而言，它们的共同点可以大略归为3个字：冷,静,思......
清冷,是北欧的气候使然还是生活习性造成的?它总是给我一种出世的感觉。
安静,它们在很大程度上能让我的心安静下来。
然后,陷入思考。。。。。。
我想用一个比喻来表达这种感觉。
它是音乐中的哲学书。对某些人来说，它也许很枯燥，但当你真正去品味的时候，你会沉迷其中。。。
